I’m Michelle, and I am a healer and an artist.

At an early age, I realized that I was very sensitive to my own and others’ emotions. After getting a degree in Psychology, I went on to get my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling while recognizing the transformative power of creativity in my own healing journey.

I started to create collages & other art and journaled regularly to help me process intense emotions and stay consistent with a wellness routine. Turning to art as a form of therapy I discovered the positive impact it had on my well-being, and my depression started having less of a grip on my life. I wanted to guide others how to do the same.

In 2020, I started hosting virtual workshops around self care, journaling, and creative tools. Since then, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of individuals on their paths to fulfillment and self-discovery.
